Atlanta Midtown Real Estate & Homes for Sale in Georgia

Beautiful Midtown Atlanta features some of the oldest and most desirable neighborhoods that this booming metropolis has to offer. Home to approximately 30,000 residents and 20,000 students, as well as a workplace population of about 68,000, Midtown is built from an eclectic and diverse collection of businesses and residents blending together to create a fun, artistic and exciting community.

Midtown is located immediately to the north of downtown Atlanta, is next to trendy Virginia Highlands, and is just south of the heart of Atlanta's nightlife in Buckhead. Many home buyers will find that Midtown's housing options are diverse, with many located near some of the area's major colleges, medical centers, and cultural and recreational points of interests.

Children are served by the schools of the Atlanta Public Schools system. After graduating, students may attend any one of the local area colleges and universities, including Georgia Institute of Technology and the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Medical facilities such as Grady Memorial Hospital, Emory University Hospital Midtown, Emory School of Medicine, Atlanta Medical Center, Piedmont Hospital, and the Morehouse School of Medicine all serve the health and wellness needs of residents throughout the Atlanta metro region.

Furthermore, since residents are living in one of the most booming cities in the country, there's absolutely no reason for anyone to say that there is nothing to do. With shopping, musical performances by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and fine dining, Midtown Atlanta has so much to offer.
